I would an open-world game in an ancient megalopolis like Rome or Alexandria, Carthage, etc. With a map as big as Cyberpunk, buildings everywhere. And no parkour, just streets and alleys. You could play either sneaky assassin or full on warrior, join different factions like a thief guild, a gladiator school, or even serve the emperor himself. Welp, time to play Skyrim again I guess.
